Magnolia Christmas Ornament!

Hi everyone, well what a beautiful sunny day it is.....  after the excitement of yesterday I bring you today a Christmas Ornament/Gift Idea using the beautiful mini Magnolia - Tilda with Heart Lace:

I have made these using baby food jars and have filled them with chocolates (my favourite!!), the paper I used is from the Paper Salon - Dazzle, then of course added ribbon, sparkle and snowflakes. These could either be used as table settings by writing the name on the gift tag or a little gift idea.

Phew, it is very warm today and thankfully we have cooling!!  I did pop to the shops this morning and my 4½ year old son wanted to buy a water blaster and oh yes, I let me!! So he thought it great fun when we got home to get mummy in the back yard and get her wet - it was actually very refreshing.  Thankfully, it is now quiet time whilst the other sleeps so managed to complete this card.....
This card has on it the lovely Make a Wish digi image from Mo Manning and of course coloured with copics, the paper used was Paper Salon - dazzle: blizzard and the pink is the reverse, along with glitter card for the snowflakes in white & blue. The sentiment was printed out on the computer.

Finally Something to Share!!

Wow, what a week it has been!! Half term over with so this week it has been back to the usual duties with the little ones, swimming, playgroup, mothers group and of course making time for crafting, I had a class to get organised for this week as well as getting sorted for the Picture to Page show this weekend.  Oh and then I decided to torture myself and do a 1½ hour Zumba class for the first time, although it couldn't of been that bad have signed up for 10 weeks and to be honest I actually feel pretty good, bonus!!!!

Anyway, I took some inspiration from Cassandra at http://www.cassiesscraps.blogspot.com/ and was given the chance to decorate a dress form for my LSS (Creative Dreams) and here are a few photos:

The paper collection used was: BoBunny Blitzen along with various trimmings/ ribbons and a few flowers!!

Have also been working on Christmas card samples for the show and here are a few:

These have been created using the Imaginisce Christmas collection along with Craft Concepts Merry Christmas Embossing Folder and the beautiful tree is Couture Creations - Bauble Tree!

That is it for now hope you enjoy, have a great weekend.
